Tabgha - Feeding of the Multitudes

Today, we'll talk about Tabgha, at the Northern coast of the Sea of Galilee. In Tabgha, close to Capernaum, Jesus found himself, as usual, surrounded by many people, as mentioned in the Bible: "...5,000 people, not including women and children...".

This is one of his famous miracles - feeding so many people with only 5 loaves of bread and 2 fish.

He multiplied the bread and fish in order to feed so many people.

After all were fed, they were left with 12 baskets full of food which they took back to the villages. In Tabgha, we can also see remnants of a Byzantine Church from the 4th century.
