Game Changers from the Bible - part 1 of 3
The Bible Comes Alive - Game changers from the Bible
When you visit Israel you can literally feel how the Bible comes alive with every step you take. Every stone & every site tells you a story from the Bible.
Most of the archaeological sites in Israel have only begun to be uncovered. We need to continue excavating hundreds of years to discover most of our history which is still underground. To date, the most important archaeological findings are safe guarded in the Israel Museum in Jerusalem.
Israel, though a small country, has successfully broken many international records. One of these, for example, is the fact that Israel has more museums per capita than any place in the world. And the Israel Museum is one of the 10 biggest museums in the world. Just to remind you again that Israel is a very small country that has a long and endless history.
Thanks to Jay McCarl’s video, we get a glimpse of some of the amazing archaeological discoveries show cased in the museum. Like: the sarcophagus of Herod the Great, or the ossuary of Caiaphas the High Priest, or the name of Pontius Pilate mentioned on one of the stones.
For those who missed my posts on Herod, & Caesarea, search for them on this Blog.
As for me, I don’t need any proof of the Bible and my guess is that most of you feel the same. But for those that are still looking for it, it is in every corner, and under every stone in Israel, unless it was already uncovered and taken to the Israel Museum.
This is part 1 of 3 so stay tuned for part 2 and 3.
Thank you Jay McCarl for this video.
